Our guest rooms and common areas have been furnished with you in mind; we try to ensur your comfort and well being, and strive for your satisfaction. We have chosen to devote our time, enthusiasm, conviviality and to share with you our beautiful property. Please, do keep in mind that, in spite of our dedication, we do not consider ourselves  hospitality professionals. 

Additional informations :

Your arrival: Your room(s) will be available for check-in at 5:00 pm at the latest. We will be available to welcome you between 5:00 and 7:00 pm, unless special conditions have been agreed upon in advance. Please contact us in the event you wish to check at a different time. You do have the option to coordinate with us ahead of time so that you may drop off your luggage between 11:00 and 12:00 am, and enjoy either a day visit in the region or a leisurely afternoon poolside.

We do request that you notify us of you intend to arrive either early or late.

Your departure:  We request that your room be vacant no later than 11:00 am, as its needs to be prepared ahead of our next guest(s) arrival.

Swimming pool: Our pool meets all regulations and safety standards; however, we do require that parents be present at all times to ensure the safety of their children in the pool area. We may not be held liable in the event of any accident.

Meals:   We will serve you a copious and flavorful breakfast (essentially organic) between 8:30 and 10:00 am. If you wish to enjoy any other meals at “Les Santolines”, our outdoor summer kitchen is both spacious and fully equipped. We do request that all meals be enjoyed exclusively within these facilities, rather than in your room. Dinner is served at 8:00 pm (available upon reservation. Please see "rates" tab for additional cost).

Due to strict safety reasons (we are located in a fire-prone area), and out of respect for your neighbors and our guests, we maintain a strictly smoke-free environment both on the property and outdoors.

Our sweet,  dearly loved female Golden Retriever, Louna, is "the star of les Santolines" . She has been known to turn dog skeptics into lifelong dog lovers. Louna knows to stay out of your room; however, she does like to roam around the entire property. For this very reason, we only accept sociable and friendly pets.
